Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is celebrating the release of its brand new Rita’s Fruit Brews Mango Blonde Ale with a spring fling carnival at the Croydon taproom, 909 Ray Ave., on April 15, at noon. Free, family-friendly. Enjoy live music and free Rita’s Italian Ice.

The Croydon taproom’s event will feature Skylark Circus Arts performers, balloon artists, a Ferris wheel, the West Philadelphia Orchestra and Rachel & Ty Acoustics, plus Burrito Feliz and King Gyro food trucks. Festivities run until 10 p.m. Limit of one six-pack per person while supplies last.

Then, on April 22, Neshaminy Creek is celebrating the release of the brand new Life is a Painkiller, a cocktail-inspired sour ale with coconut, pineapple, orange, nutmeg and lactose. This is being brewed especially for the second annual Creek-i-Tiki Luau, which takes place from noon to 7 p.m. at the Croydon taproom.

Enjoy music from Philadelphia’s Slowey & The Boats and vinyl sets from DJ Hi-Tide. There will be vendors, including Retro Verte, Dragons Love Pizza and the Philly Tiki Group. The event will also feature shaved ice and musubi from Salty Pineapple, rum samplings and cocktails from Maggie’s Farm Rum Distillery, pineapple rice bowls and other bites from Daddy’s Kitchen food truck and more. Neshaminy Creek will feature Life is a Painkiller, a Creek-i-Tiki Punch and exclusive merch, including a custom aloha shirt.

Life is a Painkiller will also be available at all three Neshaminy Creek taprooms and sold as four-packs/cases throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware starting April 22.

“We had so much fun at last year’s first Creek-i-Tiki Luau, we decided that day that we had to bring it back,” said director of sales and marketing Kyle Park. “We love collaborating with local businesses to create our own little tropical oasis, and we’re excited to introduce Life is a Painkiller to kick off the warmer days ahead.”
