During the recent meeting of the Neshaminy school board, it was announced that Dr. Sinead Doherty, who has children in the district, will be the next principal of Joseph Ferderbar Elementary School in Feasterville-Trevose.
Doherty is currently serving as assistant principal at Butler Elementary School in the Central Bucks School District. She will be replacing Andre Modica, who is retiring at the end of this school year.
