Sesame Place in Langhorne is introducing a series of special themed Dine with Elmo & Friends experiences this winter.

Though the park closes for the winter on Jan. 8, guests looking for furry fun can still spend time with their friends from Sesame Street on select days from Jan. 14-Feb. 12. The upcoming dine experiences include a buffet-style spread of sweet and savory dishes, exclusive meet-and-greets with everyone’s favorite friends and photo mementos.

Guests have the opportunity to meet and take a souvenir photo with a surprise Sesame Street friend before each dine. Guests can purchase and pick up their photo memento at Sesame Souvenirs after the dine, and season pass members are able to pick up their souvenir photo at no additional charge. Meet-and-greets and photo opportunities with Elmo, Cookie Monster and more furry friends will also be available during the interactive dine experience.

The schedule of special themed dines includes:

Captain Cookie’s Pirate Feast, Jan. 14-16: A grand feast awaits guests at this nautical-themed celebration. Captain Cookie will host a buffet meal and special pirate festivities for the whole family to enjoy. Guests can come in their best pirate garb and join in the fun with Captain Cookie and his crew of Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Rosita.

Abby’s Magical Magician Ball, Jan. 21-22: Guests can join Abby Cadabby, her Sesame Street friends and a special magician for an enchanting soiree. Philadelphia-based magician Sam Sandler will perform tricks and illusions during a magical meal. Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and Zoe will interact with guests during the dine.

Ernie’s Birthday Bash, Jan. 28-29: Ernie is throwing a one-of-a-kind birthday bash. Guests can bring their rubber duckies and sing and dance along with Ernie, Bert, Elmo and Cookie Monster during a birthday buffet.

Elmo’s Rockin’ Birthday Bash, Feb. 4-5: It’s Elmo’s birthday and he’s throwing a rockin’ party. Guests should bring their monster appetites and will enjoy a buffet and desserts while rocking out with birthday boy Elmo and his friends Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and Zoe.

My Fuzzy Valentine Dine, Feb. 11-12: Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your little love at Sesame Place. Guests will enjoy a special arts and crafts activity and a buffet meal while singing and dancing with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and Grover.

Paid reservations are required for each Dine with Elmo & Friends experience. Guests can purchase dine packages at SesamePlace.com/Philadelphia.
