Neshaminy scored when Colin Baker threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to Travis Lavelah.
Leonardi finished with 118 rushing yards.
Owen Wheeler had an interception for South.
South is 5-3 overall, while Neshaminy fell to 4-4.
