Enjoy garden tours, boat displays and more at the 46th annual Historic Bristol Day on Oct. 15

The Bristol Cultural and Historical Foundation is sponsoring the 46th annual Historic Bristol Day on Saturday, Oct. 15 (no rain date), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event features a variety of attractions, including house/garden tours and riverfront tea, car show, antique and classic boat display, sailboat regatta, Revolutionary War encampment, archaeological dig, crafters and vendors, entertainment, walking tours, food court, children’s activities and art show.

Free shuttle service is available from Lenox parking lot, 1414 Radcliffe St. Fee for house tour and tea is $12 in advance; $15 day of event. New this year will be public sailings on the Schooner North Wind, offering one-hour sails from the Bristol Wharf at 10:30 a.m., noon, 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. for a fee of $20 per adult and $10 for those under age 10; advance reservations at NorthWindSail.org.
