Neshaminy Creek, Yakima Chief Hops release Pick Window

The double dry-hopped American IPA is available for a limited time

Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company recently released Pick Window, a double dry-hopped American IPA brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops.

Inspired by the many trips out to Yakima Valley, Pick Window captures the serendipitous moment when the hops are at their prime. Pick Window, as the name implies, is available for a limited time and will be sold at all three Neshaminy Creek taprooms in Croydon, Dublin and New Hope. Cost is $14.50 for a 16 oz four-pack, by the case for $63.50 or on draft for $6.50, with additional availability at select Pennsylvania beer distributors.

Working with Yakima Chief Hops, Neshaminy Creek selected some of the brewery’s favorite varietals, including Citra, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Cryo Columbus and HBC586. This newer experimental hop brings loads of guava, mango and lychee flavors with a subtle herbal note. Pick Window has a 7 percent ABV and a formidable resinous hop and a bright citrus profile, reflecting the freshness, innovation and heart found on family-owned hop farms of Yakima Chief Hops.

“Pick Window is an exceptional beer. Yakima Chief Hops’ expertise is second to none, plus their incredible portfolio of hops and attention to quality make them a favorite supplier,” said head brewer Jason Ranck. “It is an incredible experience visiting family-owned hop farms during harvest season. We wanted to take that one moment in time and create a beer that brings you to that pivotal moment before it slips away.”
