The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce’s next keynote program takes place Thursday, July 14, at the YMCA’s Fairless Hills branch, 601 S. Oxford Valley Road. Networking is from 7:30 to 8 a.m. The program is from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
Dr. Felicia L. Ganther, president of Bucks County Community College, will present “Strategies to Attract and Keep Good Talent.” She’ll discuss:
– Strategies around being a different kind of employer that the “prized-employee” chooses first
– Strategies to create a culture of care that is championed by all your people leaders
– Strategies to grow and develop your employees so that they see value in being with you, staying with you, or transferring out while referring new talent to replace them
Ganther became the fifth president of BCCC in July 2021, as well as its first African American president.
