Two Neshaminy High School seniors have been awarded $1,000 college scholarships from the Feasterville Business Association.
Kylie Marozsan, of Langhorne, and Bridget Handley, of Feasterville, were singled out for special attention at an FBA picnic event, held recently at the historic 110-acre Playwicki Farm, 2350 Bridgetown Pike in Feasterville. The awards are based on academic performance, and extracurricular and community activities.
Handley is attending Penn State University in the fall to major in a five-year architecture program, while Marozsan will study marine biology and environmental engineering at the University of Miami.
Handley ranked 43rd out of 618 members of her class, was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the Distinguished Honor Roll throughout high school. She additionally was captain of the school’s cheerleading team and likes to draw and paint. She is the daughter of Anne Marie and Timothy Handley.
Marozsan ranked 41st in her class. She was a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council. She was also a member of the Interact Service Organization, girls tennis team, and acted and sang in numerous drama and musical productions. She is the daughter of Stacy and Keith Marozsan.
