The 2nd annual community yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Keller Williams Newtown, 12 Terry Drive, Newtown (right next to the Newtown Post Office). Rain date is Saturday, May 14.
Sell your stuff or come peruse tons of items. This event benefits Alex’s Lemonade Stand, an organization driven to help cure childhood cancer and support and empower families. There will be raffles with items from local businesses, activities for kids, food and the signature lemonade stand.
There are openings for sellers. Table fee is a $30 donation. Proceeds from the sale of your items are 100 percent yours. Register for a table to sell your items here. Must be registered before May 1.
