Lenape Chamber Ensemble opens spring season

Concerts are set for March 4 and 6 in Upper Black Eddy and Doylestown, respectively

The Lenape Chamber Ensemble is returning on March 4, at 8:15 p.m. to the historic Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church in Upper Black Eddy, and on March 6, at 3 p.m. to the Life Sciences Auditorium at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown. The program of music includes pieces by Haydn, Clarke and Glazunov, performed by seven distinguished musicians drawn from major orchestras and ensembles throughout the United States.

Tickets are $18 for adults; $15 for seniors and students; $5 for children. Tickets are available at lenapechamberensemble.org, at the door or by calling 610-294-9361.

Additionally, a special Children’s Concert in the Round is set for Saturday, March 5, at 10 a.m. at Delaware Valley University’s Life Sciences Auditorium. Children’s tickets are $2; adults are free.

All concerts are supported by a grant from the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts and Visit Bucks County.
