The Middletown Township Police Department has designated its lobby at 3 Municipal Way in Langhorne a “Safe Exchange Zone” to provide residents a safe environment to buy, sell or trade items in private party transactions with people they don’t know.
This is a good resource for exchanging goods you may be coordinating online, such as Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. Using a Safe Exchange Zone allows you to meet someone to exchange goods without disclosing your home or work address.
Residents may utilize the lobby from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for these transactions.
