Free Guided Walk on the SLNC Trails takes place Sunday, Jan. 16, from 2 to 3 p.m. Join certified Pennsylvania Master Naturalist Patricia Merkel for this leisurely, informative walk covering seasonal topics. Register online or by phone.

Day-off from School Camp takes place Monday, Jan. 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Why only have camp in the summer when you can have it in all seasons? Camp is scheduled for days when most schools are off. Each day provides seasonal adventures for children ages 5-14. Staff and campers spend the day exploring the forest, swamps and marsh in all weather. Cost is $65/child per day for Friends of SLNC Members; $80/child per day for non-members. Full payment is required at time of registration. Register online. Contact camp director Cameron Calista at v-cecalista@buckscounty.org or 267-880-5024 with any questions.

Rainbows of Healing Medicine Drum Making Workshop takes place Saturday, Jan. 29, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Click here for more information and to register.

Trails are open daily, from sunrise to sunset. SLNC Visitors’ Center is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
