Centennial Education Foundation seeking to raise $5,000 by end of year for food insecurity

Donations go to the Food Pantry and Farmers’ Market

Centennial Education Foundation recently announced that it has raised $3,220 for the Food Pantry at McDonald Elementary and the Farmers’ Market at Klinger Middle School through #GivingTuesday.

“Thanks to the incredible faculty and staff who give their time, energy and abundance of smiles at the Klinger Farmers’ Market every Wednesday,” said one donor.

Another supporter expressed their gratitude to be able to provide for their own family and wanted to give to someone else. They said, “Thanks for being there for my family when we needed it. I’m glad I can now help other families that need it.”

The foundation’s goal is to raise $5,000 by the end of the year. One hundred percent of all donations go directly to both initiatives. Click here for more information.
