The Bensalem Police are investigating a theft and credit card fraud that occurred on Sept. 9. The victim’s wallet was stolen from the Giant store in Bensalem and the credit cards were used fraudulently at multiple stores.
The actor is described as a black female, wearing a black hat, orange shirt, jean jacket, navy pants and face mask.
