Terrell Delp and Makai Jackson had big games Friday, Sept. 17, as Harry S. Truman High School defeated Pennsbury, 39-29, in non-conference football action.
Delp completed 17-of-29 passes for 350 yards and five touchdowns.
Jackson had an all-around great game. He caught nine passes for 254 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed six times for 98 yards. He caught a two-point conversion pass and intercepted a two-point conversion attempt.
Rondell Bradley Jr. and Dwayne Snelling III also caught TD passes. Ron Wilson Jr. ran for a score.
For Pennsbury, Shane McGurrin carried 22 times for 86 yards and three touchdowns. He also threw a TD pass to Jayce Secoda. Nathan Beighley rushed for 191 yards. John Brady Burgfechtel kicked a field goal.
Truman (2-2) visited Suburban One League Continental Conference foe Bensalem on Saturday.
Pennsbury (0-4) traveled to SOL National opponent Central Bucks West last Friday.
