St. Mary Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is hosting its next bariatric weight loss surgery support group virtually on Wednesday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 7 p.m. to help patients of this surgery meet their program goals. The group is open to current St. Mary patients, as well as patients who had surgery from other providers.
This month’s support group discussion will focus on “Sleep Hygiene and Stress Management” and will be led by St. Mary registered dietitian Maria Nicholson.
Bariatric support group sessions are free of charge and open to preoperative and postoperative patients, as well as other medical clinicians. To register or learn more, call 215-710-6613.
