The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular and the Not-Too-Spooky Halloween Drive-Thru are returning to Sesame Place.

Celebrate Halloween for eight weekends this fall through Nov. 7 during The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular. The park’s 17 acres are transformed into a family-friendly Halloween haven. Come in costume and enjoy trick-or-treating around the park, as well as Halloween-themed shows, scarecrow scavenger hunts, swinging, flying and cruising rides, and see everyone’s favorite Sesame Street friends dressed in their Halloween attire.

New in 2021 is the Halloween Fun Zone. Twiddlebug Land has been transformed into a fun and festive zone. Join Elmo and friends for a Monster Bash. Sing and dance along to classic Halloween tunes at an interactive, Furry Friends Halloween Dance Party, or join the all-new Monster Mayhem Game Show. There’s also cookie decorating, Halloween photo ops and more.

The Neighborhood Street Party Halloween Parade features 10 floats, all decked out for the season with music and dancing. There are performances about Halloween fun, trick-or-treating, dressing in costume and doing the Jack-O-Lantern Jump.

Halloween-themed shows include “Who Said Boo?” and “The Not-Too-Spooky Howl-O-Ween Radio Show.”

The annual Halloween Costume Contest takes place Oct. 31. Show off creative, funny or jaw-dropping costumes. Enter the individual Child Contest or get the whole family involved in the Family Contest. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place in both categories.

Additionally, on select dates from Sept. 28-Oct. 28, guests can enjoy The Not-Too-Spooky Halloween Drive-Thru, featuring brand new dazzling enhancements, new décor, millions of flickering lights and a special soundtrack. Wind your way through 11 zones of Halloween fun, including Abby’s Magical Pumpkin Patch, Bert & Ernie’s Halloween Hoedown and Cookie Monster’s Treat Fleet. Head into The Count’s Batty Bat Cave to experience a glittering, 50-foot-long, Halloween-themed light tunnel. The event culminates in a Monster Mash Bash down the iconic Sesame Street Neighborhood, where Elmo and friends will be out in their costumes for a Halloween celebration.

Guests can also trick-or-treat their way through the experience from the comfort of their vehicles.

Guests must purchase a separate admission ticket online, in advance, for the drive-thru. Tickets are $37.99 per vehicle for non-Season Pass Members and $29.99 per vehicle for Season Pass Members. Admission is not included for Season Pass Members.
