The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission announced a telephone hearing on Thursday, Sept. 23, at 6 p.m. to gather public input on the proposed acquisition of the Lower Makefield Township wastewater system by Aqua Pennsylvania. PUC Administrative Law Judge Jeffrey A. Watson will preside over the hearing.
