The Bucks County Blues Society, established in 1977, is presenting the 2021 Fall Footstomper on Sunday, Oct. 17, from 2 to 6 p.m. (the Philadelphia Eagles do not play this day).
Direct from Chicago, Alligator Records’ Lil’ Ed & the Blues Imperials will perform two sets of electrifying slide guitar blues for listening and dancing pleasure. They’re one of the premier live entertainers in the blues. Special guest is Mike Guldin and Rollin’ & Tumblin, a blistering blues-rock group from Upper Bucks County.
The show takes place at Terchon VFW (indoors), 1315 Hardy Street in Levittown. Donation is $23 in advance and includes pizza, soft pretzels and assorted munchies. Cash bar only. No BYOB. Must be 21 or older to attend. Parking is free but limited. Wheelchair accessible. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
