Over the last two years, the Bucks County Recorder of Deeds office has seen a 33.98% increase of documents recorded in 2021 compared to 2020, and even more compared to 2019.

The Recorder of Deeds office started e-recording documents in 2008, and the popularity of this service has grown with each year. In 2020, documents being e-recorded increased dramatically with the COVID-19 pandemic. Low interest rates and a hot housing market are contributing to the ongoing increase.

Recorder of Deeds Robin Robinson said, “I’m very proud of my staff. They have worked through every phase of this pandemic to keep the office functioning at its highest level. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.”
