St. Mary Medical Center is holding its next virtual bariatric support group for patients who are interested in receiving assistance to meet their program goals on Wednesday, Sept. 1, from 6 to 7 p.m.
The session is free. All preoperative and postoperative patients are invited to participate, including those who have had their bariatric surgery at another location. In this session, registered dietitian Maria Nicholson will lead a discussion on coping with emotional eating to help patients stay on track throughout their weight loss journey.
