Women’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road in Bensalem, is assisting with pet food and safe shelter for dogs and cats for families impacted by the recent flooding and devastating storms.

Pet owners may contact Women’s Animal Center directly at 215-942-6826 to make arrangements for temporary housing of their beloved pets.

Women’s Animal Center recently distributed free pet food to over 70 families at Bucks County Opportunity Council’s Fresh Connect Food Pantry in Bristol. Donations were made by generous community members and Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

To make a pet food donation, drop off unopened bags of dry dog and cat food (no larger than 20 pounds) at Women’s Animal Center Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
