Once again this summer, children can enjoy free breakfasts and lunches provided by the Bensalem Township School District Food Service Department. The district is sponsoring the Summer Food Service Program, a federally funded nutrition program, open to all children ages 1-18.

No application is necessary. Meals are free and children are invited to come to designated sites to pick up the meals. The program aims to make sure all children can eat healthy during the summer months. Meals will also be brought to neighbors throughout Bensalem.

Grab and go meals will be available at the following locations:

– Outside of Belmont, Cornwells, Faust and Struble elementary schools, June 21-Aug. 12, Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
