Papa John’s celebrates grand opening in Feasterville

The pizza shop opened at 170 E. Street Road

Residents of Feasterville can now enjoy a new spot for pizza. On Thursday, June 3, Papa John’s celebrated the grand opening of its location at 170 E. Street Road.

On hand were the Lower Southampton Township board of supervisors, the franchise’s mascot Mr. Slice and excited employees and community members.

According to director of marketing Ray Sears, Papa John’s works to become part of any community it joins. It supports “teachers, preachers and bleachers” by having a presence at kids’ sports games, church functions and school events.

“It’s a challenge to be a national brand with a local flavor and a local presence,” he said. “But we’re trying to be the hometown pizza shop.”

Currently, Papa John’s Feasterville is supporting the Bucks County SPCA. Pizza boxes feature a bio of various animals in need of adoption. Additionally, if a customer orders online and uses the code BCSPCA30, 10 percent of their order cost goes to the SPCA.

Other organizations looking to partner with Papa John’s for a similar fundraiser are encouraged to stop by for more information.

“We’re here to help,” said Sears. “We’re super happy to be in Feasterville.”
