Family Service pet food drive set for May 8

The event will help stock the pet pantry at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company in Croydon

Family Service supporter Murphy dropped off a donation for the pet food pantry.

Family Service Association of Bucks County is holding a pet food drive to stock its pet pantry at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company, 909 Ray Ave., Croydon.

Help stock the pet pantry while enjoying a pint at the Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company Taproom on Saturday, May 8, from noon to 5 p.m. Bring a pet food donation to NCBC to support the pet pantry and receive a $3 pint of warehouse lager. Dogs are welcome.

Donations of wet or dry dog food, cat food or treats are accepted.

Family Service opened the pet food pantry on Dec. 4, 2020. The pantry is open Monday through Friday to give out free dog and cat food to families in need. Since January, Family Service has provided food for 187 dogs and cats. If you’re unable to attend the pet food drive but would still like to support the pantry, donate from the wish list.
