Lenape Valley Foundation is offering a free virtual workshop focused on self-care for the caretaker on Wednesday, Feb. 24, from noon to 1 p.m., via Zoom.
The one-hour lunch and learn session will review the impact of stress and the importance of actively managing stress to avoid burn-out. Whether you are a caretaker in your personal or professional life, or both, these practical ideas for beginning or enhancing your self-care routine can be implemented immediately.
The workshop will be led by Nicole Wolf, M. Ed, director of training and education at Lenape Valley Foundation. Wolf has over 14 years of experience as a clinician and educator in mental health and crisis services. She has facilitated nationally-recognized and individually-designed trainings to a variety of audiences.
