Gavin Holloran scored 19 points on Friday night to help Council Rock South High School defeat Bensalem, 72-69, in overtime in a Suburban One League Patriot Division boys basketball game.
Joe Purcell added 18 points for the Golden Hawks, who ended the night 3-2 overall and 2-2 in the SOL Patriot.
Aaron Sanders led Bensalem with 19 points. James Ashford had 18. Rahul Kohli finished with 15, including a putback at the buzzer in regulation to send the game into overtime.
The Owls finished the night 2-3 (2-1 SOL Patriot).
Before the game, Bensalem honored seniors Ashford, Kohli, Jorge Lugo, Luis Rodriguez and Luke Zeidler.
