Middletown Township hosts 16th annual Teen Talent Show

Submissions for the virtual event are being accepted through Jan. 31

Ryan Sabalaske, Teen Talent winner 2020

To safely show off the talents of local teens to the community this year, Middletown Township is presenting its 2021 Teen Talent show virtually.

Whether your talent is singing, dancing, instrumental or acting, Middletown wants to see it. All recorded performances will be judged on overall presentation, stage appearance & presence, material performed and organization. Keep your performance no longer than 3-5 minutes long. You do not have to be a resident of Middletown Township to enter.

Click here to register for this free event. Once registered, email your recording to MiddletownTeenTalent@gmail.com no later than Jan. 31. After judging is completed, 12 finalists will be notified on Monday, Feb. 8 that they have made it into the show.

The show will be aired on the Middletown Township Parks & Recreation Facebook page on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 7 p.m. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 7 p.m., also on the Facebook page.

A trophy and prizes will be presented to the winner at the board of supervisors meeting on March 1, at 7 p.m. It will be broadcast on the township website. Family and friends will be able to view it live at home, or any time after it airs.
