TMA Bucks becomes Bucks volunteer advocate of Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia

The coalition leads the movement to make bicycling a safe and fun way to get around

TMA Bucks announced it is the Bucks County volunteer advocate affiliate of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia.

The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia leads the movement to make bicycling a safe and fun way to get around for anyone in the region. Bike riders of all stripes are part of the movement to promote this healthy and sustainable way of getting around.

“TMA Bucks is extremely excited to work together with the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia to advocate for safe on-road networks, biking as an alternative commute option, bicycle facilities and connected trails,” said TMA Bucks executive director Stephen Noll. “Bucks County has not been represented for quite some time and the TMA is proud to step up and encourage people across the county to integrate bicycling into their lives to increase access to opportunities, enrich community and improve health.”

TMA Bucks project coordinator Brianna Burley will oversee this initiative for the organization.

“As a leading partner of the Circuit Trails, the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia is thrilled to have Bucks County represented by TMA Bucks as our new affiliate chair,” said Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia regional organizer Patrick Monahan. “Beginning 2021, I will be working with Briana Burley of TMA Bucks to build local support for cyclists who are interested in getting involved with the growing Circuit Trails network.”
