The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that driver license and photo centers in many Pennsylvania counties will have delayed openings on Dec. 17 due to weather conditions.
Centers in Bucks County will open by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17.
Customers with scheduled driver skills tests will be contacted to reschedule their appointments.
Customers may obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services, including all forms, publications and driver training manuals, online at dmv.pa.gov
