New Hope Celebrates encourages locals to ‘VOTE with PRIDE’

Instructions on how to register to vote, request mail-in ballots and more is available online

With the November election fast approaching, New Hope Celebrates is reaching out to the community in a nonpartisan effort to get out and vote. As a civic-minded organization, NHC’s goal is “reaching out to the LGBTQ+ community, friends and family to encourage voter participation this fall.”

NHC is hoping to engage more than 2,000 registered and non-registered voters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Its campaign “Turn Out & VOTE with PRIDE” simplifies the voting process. Whether you are registered or a new voter, voting by mail or at the polls, NHC has provided a comprehensive guide for Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents. On its website, there are instructions on how to register, request mail-in ballots, deadlines for voting and polling locations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

“Don’t be a spectator or complicit in your silence. Everyone’s vote must be counted; this is your opportunity to strengthen our democracy and change our destiny. Please join us as we make history on Election Day and ‘Turn Out & VOTE with PRIDE!,” said New Hope Celebrates in a statement.

NHC has no political party affiliation and does not support any specific political candidates, officials or policies. The views of any member or representative are their own and are neither endorsed nor opposed.
