St. Mary Physicians Group and Paul Minkovich, DO, welcomed board-certified general surgeon Mark J. LiBassi, MD, FACS, to St. Mary Surgical Associates Langhorne.
LiBassi received his medical degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at Hospital of the Medical College of Pennsylvania, where he also served as chief surgical resident. LiBassi completed his trauma/critical care fellowship at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.
He is a member of the following organizations: Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, American Hernia Society, Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
LiBassi specialties in general and minimally invasive surgery. He performs surgical procedures to treat conditions affecting the abdomen and related areas, like hernias or benign and malignant tumors.
