The Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad is now accepting applications to join their 2020-2021 subscription program. Contributions through this program assure PMES has sufficient staffing and supplies to meet the emergency needs of the community.
PMES subscribers will not incur any unnecessary bills for medically necessary emergency ambulance service to the closest appropriate facility, regardless of insurance coverage. Non-subscribers are responsible for full payment of all applicable charges, which often can exceed $800 per trip.
During the COVID-19 emergency, PMES has been working harder than ever before to provide residents with essential paramedic and rescue services.
Subscribers joining now will be covered through June 30, 2021. Households can join for $60 per year. Individuals can join for $30 per year. Seniors (over the age of 65) are eligible for lower rates.
