Klinger Middle School, in conjunction with Bucks County Opportunity Council and Philabundance, is offering a weekly Farmer’s Market. This event is free for families in the Centennial School District that need a little extra assistance at this time.
Bring your family and pick up some fresh fruits, vegetables and supplies. The Centennial Farmer’s Market is open every Wednesday, from 3 to 4 p.m., at Klinger Middle School, 1415 Second Street Pike, Southampton.
Distributed will be small bags of groceries, including fruits, vegetables, milk, bread, eggs and toiletries. In order to do so, guests must adhere to the following rules:
– Pop your trunk before pulling up to the first table
– Once you are directed to pull up to a table, a volunteer will load the groceries into your trunk
Although all Centennial school buildings are closed, volunteers are considered essential employees because of their role in food distribution. They can keep this designation only if everyone agrees to follow safe social distancing guidelines in order to keep volunteers and guests healthy and safe.
