Application deadline extended for TMA Bucks scholarship

Graduating high school seniors who are residents of Bucks County have until May 31 to apply

TMA Bucks and the TMA Bucks Foundation announced that Bucks County high school seniors planning to pursue a course of post-high school study in civil engineering, urban planning, transportation management or another related field can still apply for scholarships from the TMA Bucks Foundation Scholarship Fund, as the deadline has been extended until May 31.

Applications for the scholarship are available to download at tmabucks.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/2020-TMA-Bucks-Foundation-Scholarship-Application.pdf.

Any graduating high school senior who is a resident of Bucks County is eligible to apply. These scholarships are one-time awards to be paid directly to the college or other accredited secondary school the winning students will be attending beginning in the fall of 2020.

“This year’s high school seniors are dealing with things that none of us who went before them could have imagined,” explained TMA Bucks executive director Steve Noll. “We hope that adding some more time to complete the application for our scholarship will help to ease some of the exceptional stress that students and their parents are experiencing right now.”

All completed applications must be received in the office of TMA Bucks, Seven Neshaminy Interplex, Suite 103, Trevose, PA 19053, no later than May 31. Late submissions or submissions by any means other than hard copy will neither be opened nor considered.
