The series continues April 22 and 29, and May 6 and 13. Participants will learn how to eat healthy on a limited budget, plan low-cost meals that are fast and easy to make, learn to keep food safe to eat, and sample new healthy foods.
The following are eligible to participate in this free workshop series: Parents or adult caregivers of a child up to 19 years old and who qualify for free or reduced school lunch, WIC, SNAP benefits, food pantry boxes/bags, and Pennsylvania Farmers Market Vouchers.
