The United States counts its population every 10 years since the nation’s first census in 1790. Do you have questions about the upcoming census? The public is invited on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 6:30 p.m., to the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe, St., Bristol, where U.S. Census Partnership Specialist Adela Moraux will discuss the 2020 Census and answer questions about the process.
Beginning in 2020, individuals will have the opportunity to respond online for the first time, but as in previous counts, phone and mail responses will be accepted.
Also speaking at the event will be 2020 Census Recruiting Specialist Nakia T. Townsend, who will present U.S. Census Bureau employment opportunities in the Bucks County area.
No registration is required for this free event. For more information, call 215-788-7891.
