NOVEMBER 20

Bristol Cultural and Historical Foundation Meeting: This event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Bristol Cultural and Historical Foundation headquarters, 321 Cedar St., Bristol. The public is invited. No fee. Following the election of board members, a presentation “The Five Worst Decisions Made by the U.S. Supreme Court” will be made by Dr. Joseph Gowaskie, emeritus professor of history at Rider University. Garden Club Meeting: The Martha Washington Garden Club is offering a program entitled “Thanksgiving Tablescape.” The club will provide a container, oasis and other assorted items. Those wishing to participate are asked to bring a small bouquet of flowers and greens, newspapers and scissors or pruners. There is a $10 guest fee for this event. The meeting starts at 12:30 p.m., with the program following at 1 p.m. at the Yardley Masonic Hall, 1800 Edgewood Road, Yardley.

NOVEMBER 21

Story Tails Reading Program: Southampton Free Library, at 947 Street Road, Southampton, will host this event at 6 p.m. Come help socialize a friendly, adoptable shelter animal by reading to them. Fall and Holiday Craft Fair: The Archbishop Wood High School Fall and Holiday Craft Fair will take place on Friday, Nov. 22, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Archbishop Wood High School, 655 York Road in Warminster. There will be over 200 tables of unique, handmade items created by local artisans.

NOVEMBER 23

Cat Adoption: Come meet the furry love of your life at the Cat Tales Adoption Center, at the Warrington Pavilion Shopping Center, 1111 Easton Road, Suite 17 (next door to Animal
Lifeline Thrift Store), in Warrington. The shelter facility is open to the general public Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. For information, visit cattalesinc.org.

Magic: the Gathering: Comic Archive, 319 W. Code Club: The Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St. in Bristol, is hosting Code Club, a STEM educational series for children in grades 2 through 8. The club will meet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. weekly. Students in grades 2-4 will meet on Mondays, and grades 5-8 will meet on Tuesdays. Using Prenda software, children will learn how to code in Blocky, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Python and to build websites, video games, apps and more. Registration is required. Participants are invited to bring their own laptop or Chromebook to each session. A limited number of library Chromebooks will be available to use. Journeys Camp: The Bucks County Audubon Society’s School Holiday Camp is geared toward ages 4-10 (with age appropriate groups and activities) and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The session is filled with fun from hiking, live animals, stories, crafts, science experiments and hands-on natural discoveries. “Winter is Coming” will take place on Nov. 27.
