A free event for the business community on Nov. 15 in Newtown focuses on how to communicate across five generations

Keynote speaker Tom Rhoads is an executive consultant and executive coach known for dynamic leadership training and organizational development, and innovation for unlocking human potential. He has provided executive coaching to C-level executives at CBS, Wall Street firms, and large financial institutions, as well as family-owned businesses, start-up enterprises and nonprofit organizations.

Panelists include Kathy Piunti, vice president of human resources at SofterWare, Inc., an eight-time winner of the Delaware Valley Top Workplaces award. Other panelists include Bill Sheffer, vice president of commercial lending at First National Bank & Trust Co. of Newtown; John Shegda, president of M&S Grinding & Meron Medical; and Eric Wilhelm, president of KVI Group.
