Bucks County Community College’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Department invites girls in grades 6-8 to STEMGirls Discovery Day on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Newtown Campus.
The free event includes hands-on activities to provide girls an opportunity to explore topics like chemistry, biology, engineering, math and computer science. It’s sponsored by the college’s STEM Department with support from the Bucks Women in STEM Club and AAUW local chapters: Makefield, Levittown and Doylestown.
