Kalker Podiatry hosts 7th annual Holiday Sock Drive

Proceeds benefit Valley Youth House in Warminster and the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter in Levittown

Newtown podiatrist Dr. Lawrence Kalker is again partnering with Valley Youth House in Warminster and the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter in Levittown for the seventh annual Holiday Sock Drive to benefit both facilities.

The Sock Drive will take place now through Jan. 1, 2020. Kalker Podiatry is reaching out to its patients as well as the community at large to donate new pairs of socks to these two organizations. Since 2013, the Sock Drive has been a huge success, collecting more than 6,400 pairs of socks as well as more than $2,200 in monetary donations.

Socks may be dropped off at Kalker Podiatry, 6 S. Sycamore St., Newtown. Monetary donations will be accepted as well. Checks should be made out to the organization of your choice.
