Cairn University, 200 Manor Ave., Langhorne, is hosting its annual Homecoming celebration on Saturday, Sept. 28. While Homecoming functions as a time for alumni to return to campus and reconnect with former classmates and professors, the university also wishes to invite local families to participate in the day’s family-friendly activities.
Join the Cairn community for athletic events throughout the day; food trucks from local vendors; free popcorn; and free fair activities such as live music, inflatables and amusement rides. An arts tent, run by Cairn professors and students, will be open for children and adults alike to participate in painting activities. Also, take the opportunity to “Meet Your Local Heroes” and see first responder vehicles up close.
There is no need to register for this day’s events, unless you wish to participate in the Fishing Derby, a family-friendly competition at the campus pond.
