Concert: Free summer music concerts will take place on Wednesdays at Monument Bank Amphitheater Central Park, 425 Wells Road in Doylestown, at 7 p.m. This week, dueling pianos, an interactive piano show, will perform. Bucks County Quilt Show: The 15th Annual Bucks County Quilt Show is on display at the Bucks County Visitor Center, 3207 Street Road in Bensalem, weekdays through September. Cat Adoption: Come meet the furry love of your life at the Cat Tales Adoption Center, at the Warrington Pavilion Shopping Center, 1111 Easton Road, Suite 17 (next door to Animal Lifeline Thrift Store), in Warrington. Stranger Things Escape Room: This event will take place at the Southampton Free Library, 947 Street Road, Southampton, at 10:15 and 11:15 a.m., and 2 and 3 p.m. Teams have 45 minutes to figure out what is really going on in Hawkins and find their way back through the portal. Magic: the Gathering: Comic Archive, 319 W. Main St. in Lansdale, hosts this event at 2 p.m. This classic family-friendly card game enhances strategic thinking and skills while teaching good sportsmanship. Admission is free. Andalusia Historic House Tours: Tour the Andalusia Mansion, 1237 State Road in Bensalem, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays, except for major holidays. Enjoy a self-guided garden tour of Andalusia Mansion, a national historic landmark and home of Nicholas Biddle. See original furnishings, art and decorative arts and learn about the history of Andalusia. Reservations required. Space is limited. Cost is $20 per person. Code Club: The Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St. in Bristol, is hosting Code Club, a STEM educational series for children in grades 2 through 8. The club will meet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. weekly. Students in grades 2-4 will meet on Mondays, and grades 5-8 will meet on Tuesdays. Using Prenda software, children will learn how to code in Blocky, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Python and to build websites, video games, apps and more. Registration is required. Participants are invited to bring their own laptop or Chromebook to each session. A limited number of library Chromebooks will be available to use. Trevose Horticultural Society Meeting: “Spotted Lanternfly” is the featured presentation at the monthly meeting at the Bensalem Senior Center, 1850 Byberry Road, Bensalem, at 7 p.m. Colleen Michaels, Bucks County Extension office, will explain what the public can do to stop the spread of the spotted lanternfly, a new invasive insect that has spread throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
