The 28th annual Doylestown Arts Festival is set for Saturday, Sept. 7 and Sunday, Sept. 8 from 10 to 5 p.m. at 63 E. State St., Doylestown. The free festival features 160 juried artists, live music on five stages, local food vendors, live art and interactive demonstrations.
On Sunday, the Thompson Bucks County Classic adds pro-cycling to the excitement from 9 to 3 p.m. at Main and Court Sts. As the final race of the USA Cycling Pro Road Tour, top men and women from all over the world compete for championship points and their share of the prizes. Lexus is the official vehicle. Amateurs and children also get their chance to race on the professional course.
