Lenape Valley Foundation’s Trauma Informed Care Committee, in partnership with Delaware Valley University, invites the public to a showing of the film Healing Voices. The showing will be held on Wednesday, May 29 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Life Sciences Building at Delaware Valley University, 700 E. Butler Ave., Doylestown.

Healing Voices explores the experiences commonly labeled as “psychosis” or “mental illness” through the real-life stories of individuals working to overcome extreme mental states and integrate these experiences into their lives in meaningful ways.

There will be a live discussion about mental illness following the film and refreshments will be served. Free parking is available in Lot C (access off New Britain Road).

This showing is free to the public, but reservations are requested at suzanne.rhodeside@lenapevf.org. For more information, call 267–893–5280.
