Enjoy a jazz recital and Handbell Choir concert

On Tuesday, April 9, the School of Music will host its spring jazz studies recital at Holmes Hall, 200 Manor Ave., Langhorne. This event will feature performances from the Cairn jazz ensembles, the Gospel Choir, and select soloists. This is a free event, but you must have a ticket to be admitted into the recital. The Cairn University Handbell Choir will present a concert on Sunday, April 14 at 10:45 a.m. at Berean Bible Church, 3320 Byberry Road, Philadelphia. This event is free and open to the public. This is a five-octave choir with four-octave choir chimes, directed by Kenneth Borrmann. The Handbell Choir performs classical and sacred music, featuring dynamic techniques and compositional approaches within the context of the handbell repertoire. The Handbell Choir tours locally each spring.
