The Bristol Cultural and Historical Foundation is holding its annual Spring Tea on Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m., at its headquarters at 321 Cedar St., Bristol. Traditional tea fare will be served. Cost is $22 per person. Reservations are taken at 215–788–9408 beginning April 7.
BCHF is then sponsoring a fully-escorted 3-day/2-night bus trip to Long Island, New York, on Oct. 3–5. Itinerary includes: guided tours of Sagamore Hill, the home of Theodore and Edith Roosevelt; Coe Hall; the Vanderbilt Mansion, Gardens and Planetarium; two dinners including a riverboat dinner cruise; two expanded continental breakfasts; hotel accommodations; and free time in Oyster Bay and Northport.
Cost for BCHF members is $537 per person twin, $511 for triple, $681 for single. Cost for non-members is an additional $5. Price includes tips for driver, escort and included restaurants. Reservations with $250 per person deposit can be made at 215–788–2106. Balance due by Aug. 25.
