Season passes now available for Dolphin Swim Club in Lower Southampton

Seasonal passes for families, individuals and seniors 60 and older are now available for the Dolphin Swim Club, located at 260 W. Bristol Road, Feasterville.

“Our L-shaped pool, heated adult pool and baby pool for youngsters up to 5-years of age will be in excellent condition and ready to go for the 2019 season,” said Matt Gilbert, director of Parks and Recreation.

All of the pools are supervised and life-guarded. Parking is free. Space is limited, so Gilbert encouraged those interested to act soon.

The 2019 season will feature an “Aquacize” addition for adults 18 and older. The special aquatic exercise program will be conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 2 p.m. People must be season pass holders to be eligible to join. Residents may join for $65 for the season, while non-residents can join for $75.

For residents of Lower Southampton Township, special rates for full season passes are available. For families (up to five members), it’s $520, individuals cost $325, and for seniors 60 and older, cost is $198. Additional family members residing within the same residence may be added for $65 per person.

Season passes include five special movie nights with swimming during the movie and popcorn.

The Dolphin Swim Club is open on weekends from May 25-June 16, and then swings into full operation seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 17. The season ends on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2.

A digital online family membership registration system is now available for the 2019 season. New and rejoining members should visit lowersouthamptontownship.org and click on “parks and recreation.” The old paper system is also accepted.

Daily admission for individuals is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 12-years. Children under 3 are free. A special twilight admission rate of $7 for both adults and children is available daily from 5 to 8 p.m.

For non-residents, full season passes cost $700 for families (up to five members). Additional family members residing within the same residence may be added for $65 per person. The non-resident cost for individuals is $430 for the season, and $245 for seniors 60 and older.

The Dolphin Swim Club is available on weekends for private events including birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. For private party requirements and rates (10 or more people), contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 215–357–7300, ext. 340.

The Dolphin Swim Club is owned and operated by Lower Southampton Township under the aegis of the Parks and Recreation Department. The township is headquartered at 1500 Desire Ave., Feasterville.
