On Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m., Bucks County Audubon Society will host “Advocacy in the Watershed” at its Visitor Center, 2877 Creamery Road, New Hope. This is a public educational event for members and neighbors of Bucks County to learn about simple ways they can affect real, positive change by protecting clean water sources in their own community.

Participants will learn about how watershed health is important for people, birds and other wildlife, particularly in the Honey Hollow and Delaware River Watersheds. Leaders will discuss ways anyone can advocate for legislation that promotes healthy watersheds and share easy ways to act and make a difference in the community.

Beer and pretzels will be provided. Registration is required. Save a space at bcas.org/event/advocacy-in-the-watershed/?et_fb=1
