Bucks County Book Festival, a Discover Doylestown event, recently announced that its 2019 event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12 and Sunday, Oct. 13 in Doylestown.
The inaugural festival welcomed 2,100 attendees, 50 professionally-published authors, more than 30 vendors and 200 volunteers.
2018 highlights included a children’s festival hosted by the Doylestown Fire Company, a writer’s workshop, author panels for adults and teens, and a keynote event with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges.
In 2019, the Bucks County Book Festival will return with a great author lineup and events for readers and book lovers of all ages. The festival is actively seeking sponsors and volunteers.
